We specialize in all types of commercial painting, from an office interior to a 27 story condominium complex. Our crews have extensive experience painting the most complicated of buildings and can handle the largest projects. We will work with you every step of the way, from providing you with a Budgetary Bid to budget for your project to working with Paint Representatives from all Major Paint Manufacturers to develop Custom Specifications for your property. We will be in communication with you from start to finish, keeping you updated about the progress of your project.
Each project is assigned a dedicated crew that will stay with the project from beginning to end. Your crew foreman will be available to you throughout the project, and we are not finished until you are completely satisfied with the results. As an approved applicator for Sherwin Williams, Scott Paint, Porter Paint, Behr and Color Wheel, your painting project is overseen by your Paint Representative who inspects the progress and quality of the job from beginning to end, and warranties the project when we are finished.
When it comes to experience, Tom White Inc. has done all types of Commercial Projects, from Shopping Centers, High Rises, Industrial Parks and Office Buildings, to HOA and Condominium Associations, to Fuel Tanks and Government Projects we have extensive experience working with Property Managers, Landlords, Tenants, Home Owners and Customers. Our goal is always to do the best job possible in the shortest time, while keeping inconvenience and disruption to residents and customers to a minimum.
Tom White Inc. are fully licensed as a General Contractor for the State of Florida, as well as being a licensed Specialty Painter in Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. We are fully insured and carry liability, workman’s comp and umbrella insurance at commercial limits. We are bondable. We are OSHA compliant and take the safety of our employees and the safety of your worksite seriously. All of our crews have extensive experience in the painting industry, and regularly receive additional training in industry best practices and procedures.
